🧐 Neuroscience's main contribution to communication was teaching that the map is not the territory, that is, that each of us has a very particular way of seeing the world according to our personal experience.

🤗 Learning to identify the way in which the people we are in contact with perceive things, helps to effectively use the method we should use to express our desires or intentions and thus get the answers we need or seek to obtain.

😊 Choosing words before speaking produces actions and behaviors that expand us and generate behaviors that enrich us, and others beside us, as human beings.
